With its ability to simultaneously detect acceleration in three axial directions (X, Y and Z) with a single chip, this highly sensitive and shock resistant product is the world’s smallest, thinnest semiconductor type-3 axial accelerating sensor.

Propietary Features

• Simultaneous triaxial detection with a single chip (acceleration rate 3G)
• Small size, thin shape (package size 4.8mm x 4.8mm x 1.25mm)
• Can detect inclination (DC ~ works within frequency of several hundred Hz)
• For surface-mounted types, high-density mounting can be accommodated.

This small, thin product reduces the cost of parts because of the combination of one axis with three accerlerating sensors and two axes with two accelerating sensors. In addition, it makes possible miniaturization and greater thinness in the equipment in which the sensor is housed.
